摘要
目的利用改性沸石在不同条件下处理含氟饮用水的试验研究,提高沸石的吸附能力.方法通过静态吸附试验,研究氯化铁对天然沸石进行改性及氯化铁的物质的量浓度、沸石粒径和投加量、搅拌吸附时间、再生次数对改性沸石除氟效果的影响.结果各个因素对沸石的除氟效果均有一定的影响,氯化铁的物质的量浓度在3mol.L-1吸附效果较好,最佳投加量为每100mL投加5g,最佳反应时间为1h,再生5次后沸石仍具有一定的吸附能力.结论铁改性沸石在适宜的条件下可以有效地处理含氟饮用水,沸石经过改性,增大了其比表面积,提高了除氟能力.
The purpose of the experimental research by using modified zeolite under different conditions process fluoride drinking water,is to increase the adsorption capacity of zeolite.This paper discusses the effect of concentration of iron-chlorid,particle diameter and dosage of zeolite,agitation adsorption time,regenerating times on fluoride removal by static adsorption experiments.All factors have effects on fluoride removal of zeolite,when the concentration of ferric floride is 3.0 mol·L-1,the adsorption effect is better.The optimal dosage is 5 g/100 mL and the best reaction time is 1 h,morever,zeolite still has a certain adsorption capacity after regenerating five times.Iron-modified zeolite can process fluoride drinking water under proper conditions.After modification,its surface areas are increased and the fluoride removal capacity is improved.
