摘要
在分析传统钻探行业施工特点的基础上,研究了传统钻机的基本结构和工作原理,分析了钻机的自身结构特点、环境因数、工作条件等,设计100 m钻机变速箱采用二级回归式传动方式,做到了变速与分动相结合,缩小了变速箱的体积,结构更加紧凑,操作更加方便可靠。同时进一步使整个钻机重量轻、维修方便、操作简单、便于解体搬运、效率高。该变速箱的设计对改装其他类型的钻机具有一定的指导意义。
Basic structure and working principle of the traditional drilling machine is studied on the basis of analyzing characteristics of traditional construction industry.At the same time,structure features,environmental factors,working conditions,etc.are analyzed,gear box of 100m drilling machine is adopted two level regression transmission mode,speed changing and transfer gear is realized,volume of the gear box is reduced,there is more compact structure and convenient and reliable operation.There are some advantages such as light weight,convenient maintenance,simple operation,easy disintegration and transportation and high efficiency.Design of this gear box has certain directive significance on modifying other types of drilling machines.
