摘要
利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪分析了霜的成分,并研究了水膏比和养护方式对烟气脱硫石膏返霜的影响。结果表明,霜的主要成分是MgSO4.6H2O;烟气脱硫石膏比天然二水石膏容易发生返霜;空气中养护28d最不容易出现返霜,水中养护28d最容易出现返霜且返霜程度最为明显,水中养护3 d再在空气中养护至28 d返霜程度居中;随着水膏比的增大,返霜程度降低。
Components of efflorescence products were analyzed by using XRD,SEM and EDS,and then influences of watergypsum ratios and curing conditions on the efflorescence of FGD gypsum were studied. It is found that main component of efflorescence product is MgSO4·6H2O;efflorescence is easier to take place in FGD gypsum than natural dihydrate gypsum:curing in air for 28 days is the least of all situations for efflorescence,curing in water for 28 days is the easiest condition for efflorescence and its degree is most obvious,and curing in air for 28 days after curing in water for 3 days is the middle situation for efflorescence;the degree of efflorescence declines with the increasing of water-gypsum ratio.
