摘要
烯丙基醚型聚羧酸系减水剂PC-ZH采用烯丙基聚乙二醇(APEG)、马来酸酐和丙烯酸甲酯为单体,在引发剂作用下直接聚合制得;甲基丙烯酸甲酯类聚羧酸系减水剂PC-S是市场上普遍使用的以聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG)和甲基丙烯酸为单体合成的聚羧酸系减水剂。针对这2种不同结构的聚羧酸系减水剂,开展了合成工艺、分子结构、净浆和混凝土性能、吸附性能及经济性等多方面的试验与分析对比。结果表明,虽然两者性能相当,但PC-ZH减水剂的原材料成本可降低约10%,且生产能耗较低,因此,PC-ZH是一种性价比较高的聚羧酸系减水剂。
PC-ZH,allyl polyether-type superplasticizer is directly polymerized by using acrylic polyoxyethylene glycols (APEG) ,maleic anhydride and methyl acrylate as monomers and ammonium persulfate as initiator. PC-S,methyl polymethacrylatetype superplasticizer is a popular kind of polycarboxylate based superplastieizers in market now,which is synthesized by methoxy polyethylene glycol (MPEG) and methyl acrylic acid (MAA).The comparative analysis between PC-ZH and PC-S was studied, including synthetic process, the chemical structure, the performance in cement paste and concrete, absorption and economic properties. It was showed that PC-ZH has equivalent performance as PC-S,but the cost of its raw materials reduces 10% and it has low energy consumption,so PC-ZH has higher performance price ratio compared to PC-S.
