铜处理对大豆和绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用室内水培方法,研究了不同浓度的铜溶液对豆类种子萌发及生理生化指标的影响.结果表明,相同浓度铜溶液处理绿豆和大豆后,大豆种子的发芽率受铜溶液浓度的影响没有绿豆的大,高浓度的铜处理对豆类的发芽指数有一定的抑制作用.绿豆的POD活性呈现先上升后下降趋势,大豆的POD活性呈现上升的趋势.而2种豆类体内MDA出现阈值的铜处理浓度是不同的,绿豆在300μmol/L时出现阈值,而大豆在500μmol/L时出现阈值.结果表明,大豆比绿豆更适于在含铜高的土壤中生长. The experimentation adopted the method of indoor water cultivate, studied the effects of different copper concentration on germination and physiological and biochemical indexes of legume seed. As a result, after deal with the same copper concentration on mung bean and soybean, the effect of copper concentration on germination percentage of soybean seed was less than mung bean, high copper concentration had a little restrain effect on germination exponential of legume seed. POD activity of mung bean was increased first, then downward; however POD activity of soybean was upward trend, the copper concentration of threshold value for MDA appearance was different between two kinds of legume, mung bean appeared the threshold value on 300 μmol/L, yet soybean was 500 μmol/L. Soybean is more than suitable for copper in the soil.
