摘要
针对普通涡轮钻具转速高、扭矩小、压降高、型号单一,与牙轮钻头和PDC钻头不相适应,采用积木式涡轮节和2K-H-NGW型多列行星轮系减速传动方案设计了新型172mm组合减速涡轮钻具。室内实验表明,新型172组合减速涡轮钻具转速适中、扭矩大、压降低,能与高速牙轮钻头和PDC钻头匹配;现场应用表明,新型涡轮钻具能满足高速牙轮钻头和PDC钻头需要,寿命长,采用减速涡轮复合钻井方式可以较大幅度提高钻速;建议加大组合式减速涡轮钻具研究投入力度,并将新型涡轮钻具应用于深井超深井钻井。
In view of the insufficiency of ordinary turbodrill with high rotational speed,small torque,high pressure drop,unitary model,which is not adaptable to roller bits and PDC bits,new combined reduction turbodrill 172 has been designed with building block's turbine section and 2K-H-NGW multi-row planetary gear reduction section.The laboratory experiment indicated that the new reduction turbodrill can match with high speed roller bits and PDC bits,which has the features of moderate rotational speed and bigger output torque and lower pressure drop.The oilfield application indicated that the new turbodrill can satisfy the need of roller bits and PDC bits,its working life is long,and the rate of penetration can be enhanced much after using the new turbodrill.It is proposed that the research of new reduction turbodrill should be strengthened and new turbodrill be used in deep wells and extra-deep wells drilling.
