摘要
农村土地承包经营权流转是我国农村土地使用制度改革的核心,对我国转型期的农村经济发展有很大的促进作用,对"三农"问题的解决、推进农村城镇化和实现农业现代化等都有着十分现实的意义。在对遵义县97户农户的问卷调查与访谈的基础上,重点分析了遵义县农村土地流转的主要特征和在土地流转过程中存在的问题,并进一步阐述促进该县农村土地承包经营权流转的对策与建议。
The transfer of rural land contract management right is the core of rural land utilization system reform in China,which has great promotion effect on rural economic development during the transition period in China and has great realistic meaning to solve the problem of agriculture,countryside and farmer,carry forward rural urbanization and realize agricultural modernization.The paper analyzes the main characteristics of rural land transfer and problems in land transfer process and proposes the countermeasures to promote rural land contract management right transfer based on questionnaire survey and interviews of 97 farmer households in Zunyi county.
