人粒细胞无形体病致多器官功能障碍综合征一例 被引量:1

摘要 1 病历 患者,男性,55岁,因全身疼痛、乏力、高热(体温达39℃),在当地卫生院以“感冒”对症治疗,效果不显著,高热不退,神志淡漠,于2010年5月29日急诊入院.既往否认有脑炎、癫痫等病史,无肾病及血液免疫系统疾病史,出生本地,居住本地山区,否认有特殊不良嗜好,无外地长期居住史.入院查体:体温:39℃,脉搏:120次/分钟,呼吸:20次/分钟,血压:140/80 mmHg,神志清,表情淡漠,面部潮红,结膜充血,右侧腹股沟触及2 cm×3 cm无痛性淋巴结肿大,病理征阴性.
