摘要
针对传统电位器无级调速手柄在控制的稳定性和准确性上很难达到工业控制标准等问题,根据一种单圈绝对值编码器手柄的原理特点,改造冶金起重机无级调速手柄。通过改造,大大提高了起重机调速控制的稳定性和准确性,收到了很好的效果。
According to the problems that the traditional potentiometer stepless speed hand handle is difficult to achieve the industrial control standards for its stability and accuracy,the paper proposes a new improving methods about the stepless speed regulating lever on the metallurgy crane.Based on the principle of lap absolute encoder handles and through this improvement,the stability and accuracy of crane speed control had significantly improved,and experimental results also received good effectiveness of the proposed methods.
