摘要
酮脲醛呋喃树脂是由丙酮。尿素、甲醛和糠醇缩合而成的新型铸造用呋喃树脂。其氮含量为3%,而糖醇含量最低降至60%,具有粘度低、强度高、生产成本低、合成工艺简单等优点。本文介绍了该树脂的合成方法及主要工艺条件的选择与确定。
Acetone - urea - formalehyde furfuryl alcohol resin, a new kind of resin used for cast, is synthesized by acetone, urea,formaldehyde and furfuryl alcohol,with nitrogen of 3% and furfurl alcohol less than 60%.The advantages of the new resin are low viscosity, high strength, low produce cost and simple operation process. The syntesis process and technique conditions are also dealt with in the paper.
