摘要
用不同浓度PEG对3种白三叶幼苗分别胁迫72h,测定叶片的质膜相对透性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性蛋白含量的变化,分析白三叶的抗旱能力。结果表明:3种白三叶对干旱有较强的适应能力,其中海发的抗旱性最强。
This experiment studied the changes of physiological indexes of three species of Trifolium repens L.with different consistency of PEG-6000solution for 72hours.The physiological indexes of content of chlorophyll,malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble protein,change of relative conductivity were determined.Analysed the different of drought resistance of Trifolium repens.The results showed that three species of Trifolium repens to drought had a stronger ability to adapt and the drought resistance of Haifa was better than others.
