常染色质组蛋白甲基转移酶-1的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 常染色质组蛋白甲基转移酶-1(euchromatic histone methyltransferase 1,EHMT1)可以同G9a形成异源二聚体,使常染色质组蛋白H3的第9位赖氨酸(H3K9)甲基化,进而参与到细胞周期调控等生理过程中。另有研究表明,该酶还与Kleefstra综合征、肿瘤等疾病的发生密切相关。在未来的研究中,对EHMT1的了解将越来越深入。
