摘要
以溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(HDTMA-Br)和浙江缙云产天然沸石为原料制备了HDTMA改性沸石,并通过实验考察了HDTMA改性沸石对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能.结果表明:HDTMA改性沸石对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力随粒径的减小而增强.粒径≤0.15 mm HDTMA改性沸石吸附Cr(Ⅵ)较优的改性剂投加量为300 mmol/kg.HDTMA改性沸石对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附能力随溶液pH值的增加而降低.共存的HCO3-和SO42-等阴离子会抑制HDTMA改性沸石对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附.改性剂投加量为300 mmol/kg条件下制备得到的粒径≤0.15 mm HDTMA改性沸石对初始质量浓度5~25 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程满足Langmuire等温吸附模型.
The hexadecyltrimethyl-ammonium(HDTMA) modified zeolite was prepared and applied to remove the Cr(Ⅵ) from aqueous solution.An experimental investigation about adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) on HDTMA modified zeolite was conducted in a batch system.The results show that the Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption capacity of HDTMA modified zeolite increased with the decrease of the particle size.When the HDTMA addition used for modification was less than 300 mmol/kg,the efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption onto the HDTMA modified zeolite(particle size smaller than 0.15 mm) increased with the increase of HDTMA addition.When HDTMA addition was more than 300 mmol/kg,further increase in HDTMA addition slightly increased the Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption efficiency.The Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption capacity of the HDTMA modified zeolite would decrease with increment of the pH value when the pH value of aqueous solution was between 3 and 11.The coexisting anion such as HCO3-and SO42-can lead to decrement of Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption efficiency.Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption isotherm data for HDTMA modified zeolite with particle size less than 0.15 mm and HDTMA addition of 300 mmol/kg at 25 ℃ was consistent with Langmuir isotherm equation On the basis of this study's results,the HDTMA modified zeolite could be considered as potential adsorbents for Cr(Ⅵ) removal from aqueous solution.
