摘要
在信息时代,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展,就必须利用信息化手段,以帮助企业解决资源的配置,实现用最小的投入,产生最大的效益,而在企业信息化过程中,流程再造是一个不可缺少的环节。通过分析生产制造企业的特点、管理现状及流程再造对企业信息化的重要意义等,提出流程再造的思路和解决方案。
At informationization age, enterprise must apply informationalized means to solve the resources allocation and achieve greatest benefits with the minimum investment in order to survival and development in fierce market competition. However, the process reengineering is an indispensable link during corporation informatization. Therefore, the author propose idea and solutions of process reengineering by analyzing process reengineering enterprises characteristics, management status and importance significance to enterprise informationization.
