摘要 研究了样曲采集季节对干小蓬草精油挥发性组分的影响。采用气相色谱-质谱法对水蒸气蒸馏分别提取的7月、8月和10月采集的小蓬草精油进行了分析。结果表明:干小蓬草精油挥发性共有组分主要是萜类化合物,且挥发性组分种类逐渐减少。共有丰成分中柠檬烯相对含最最高,相对含龟最高可达50.13%,非共有化合物相对含龟较低(0.26%-1.91%)。采样季节对干小蓬草精油的挥发性主要组分(柠檬烯、反式-α-佛手柑油烯、α-姜黄烯)的影响较小。富含萜类化合物的干小蓬草精油在化妆品上有开发利用价值。 The influence of sampling season on volatile components of essential oil of air-dried Conyza canaclensis was studied. The essential oils from Conyza canadensis were collected in July, August, October, separately using steam distillation, and were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the common components of Conyza canaclensis essential oil were terpenoids. Furthermore, the types of volatile components of essential oil decreased with season changing from July to October. The relative content of limonene was the highest in the common components, and the highest content of limonene reached up to 50.13 %, the relative contents of non-common compounds were low (0.26 %-1.91 % ). The sampling season had little effect on the volatile major components (limonene, trans- α -bergamotene, α-eureumene)in essential oil from air-dried Conyza canadensis. The essential oil with terpenoids richness from air-dried Conyza canadensis has the exploring potential in cosmetics.
