摘要
论述了淬火介质在热处理生产中的重要性及我国淬火介质的现状，介绍了淬火介质的分类、特性及水、油等常用淬火介质的优缺点，新型淬火介质及其应用。在此基础上，提出了淬火介质的发展方向。
The importance of quenching medium as well as present conditions of quenching medium at home was discussed.Classification and characterization of quenching medium,advantage and disadvantage of oil,water etc.used as quenching medium,a new type of quenching medium and its application were introduced.Based on these analysis,the developing direction of quenching medium was recommended.
