摘要
高校辅导员是大学生就业指导工作的骨干力量,在大学生就业形势日益严峻的情况下,确立辅导员在大学生就业指导中的角色定位具有十分重要的意义。
College counselors are the backbone in the work of guiding students＇ employment. It is very important to establish the counselors＇ role in this work as the employment situation is becoming more serious.
