摘要
小麦胚芽油是以小麦胚芽为原料制取的一种谷物胚芽油,它集中了小麦的营养精华,富含维生素E、亚油酸、亚麻酸、二十八碳醇及多种生理活性组分,是宝贵的功能食品,具有很高的营养价值。调查发现,目前山东省及相邻各省小麦胚芽原料供应充足,并已有比较可行的加工设备。对几种小麦胚芽油加工方法经过近两年的生产比较实验,筛选出可行的加工工艺,为小麦胚芽油的工业化生产提供了依据。
Wheat germ oil is a kind of corn germ oil obtained from wheat germ. It concentrated the nutritional essence of wheat and was rich in vitamin E, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, 28 carbon alcohol and a variety of biological active components. It was valuable functional food with high nutritional value. At present, Shandong and its neighboring provinces all had adequate raw materials supply of wheat germ and feasible processing equipments. With several processing methods experimented in nearly two years, reliable production technology had been selected, which could provide scientific basis for wheat germ oil production.
