关于复杂曲面刀具轨迹规划技术的研究 被引量:8

摘要 如何生成无干涉、无过切、高效的刀具路径是复杂曲面数控加工中必须解决的至关重要的问题,本文结合刀具轨迹规划所涉及的几大关键技术问题,对近年来复杂曲面刀具轨迹规划技术的研究现状和进展进行了综述,分析了当前研究中存在的不足,阐明了刀具轨迹规划的研究成果在通用性、有效性和稳定性等方面还不能完全满足工程实际中的要求,指出了刀具规划技术的发展方向。 Gouging-free,collision avoidance and high efficient tool path generation are the key technology for NC machining.Based on the key techniques in the field of tool path planning,the current researching progresses of tool path planning for complex sculptured surfaces machining are summarized.The deficiencies existing in the current research are analyzed.It is pointed out that the current research achievements can't completely satisfy the engineering application in terms of universality,stability and validity.The future of the tool path planning technology is presented.
