摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯的生态毒性问题已引起了广泛的重视.介绍了邻苯二甲酸酯的应用及其危害性,详述了各国对邻苯二甲酸酯限制的主要法规(欧盟REACH法规1907/2006、美国消费品安全改进法(CPSIA)、加州65提案、加利福尼亚州议会法案1108、澳大利亚政府消费者保护公告2010年第6号文件).提出了加强对替代产品的开发和应用研究也是应对危机的积极和有效手段,各方应为此作出不懈努力.
The eco-toxicity of phthalates has attracted wide attention.The application and hazardness of phthalates were introduced.The main laws and regulations of the countries limiting phthalate were expatiated,including EU REACH Regulation 1907/2006,The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act,California Proposi-tion 65,California Assembly Bill 1108,Australia Government Consumer Protection Notice No.6 in 2010.It was pointed out that strengthening the study on development and application of substitute was also positive and ef-fective approach of handling the crisis,and continuous effort should be given.
