摘要
基于矢量控制的永磁同步电机的数学模型,分析现有转子位置检测手段的优缺点,详细介绍了高频电流注入法实现转子初始位置检测。电机处于静止状态时给电机定子绕组中注入高频电流,利用电机的凸极效应和磁路饱和特性,通过对高频电流峰值发生的时刻进行检测,准确地估算出电机的转子位置。实验结果显示了该方法检测精度高,且不依赖任何电机参数。
Based on the model of PMSM with the principle of field-oriented control,the advantages and disadvantages of other detecting methods were also discussed,and a method to observe rotor incipient position by injecting high frequency current signal into PMSM was presented in detail.Because of the anisotropy and magnetism saturation of the machine,when injecting high frequency signal into the standstill motor,this method can estimate the rotor position accurately by detecting the time when the peak value of the high frequency signal occurs.The experiment results show that this method is effective to observe the initial rotor postion,which is independent of motor parameters.
