摘要
脉冲形成网络(PFN)是产生宽度上百纳秒甚至更长脉冲的主要技术途径之一。设计了一种低阻抗Blumlein型脉冲形成网络,该脉冲形成网络采用陶瓷电容器作为级电容,铜条作为级电感,通过将两路阻抗为20Ω的Blumlein型脉冲形成网络并联,使一个网络单元模块的输出阻抗为10Ω。实验结果表明,设计的Blulein型脉冲形成网络单元可在10Ω负载上获得半高宽约200 ns,前沿约为50 ns,平顶约为110 ns的高压脉冲。
It is a primary method by using pulse forming network (PFN) to get pulse with several hundreds or more ns width. A kind of Blumlein PFN with low impedance is designed, which use ceramic capacitors as sec- tion capacitor and use brass strip as section inductance. By paralleling two Blumlein PFN with 20 Ω imped- ance, a PFN module with 10 Ω is got, The experimental results indicate that the pulse width is about 200 ns, the rise time of the pulse is about 50 ns, the flat of the pulse is about 110 ns when the load is 10 Ω.
