摘要
为了分析半挂车牵引座鞍体的振动特性,获得振动固有频率和相应振型,应用模态分析理论对鞍体进行有限元模态分析。通过CATIA软件建立了半挂车牵引座鞍体三维实体模型,在有限元分析软件ANSYS中利用SHELL63单元对其进行网格划分,建立了鞍体的有限元模型。通过有限元计算提取鞍体前六阶模态固有频率和相应振型,获得其振动强弱分布情况并提出相应的改进措施,为鞍体的改进设计和动态分析提供理论依据。
In order to analyze the vibration characteristic of the Saddle of the Fifth Wheel and ob-tain the natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes,the finite element modal analysis was carried out by the modal analysis theory.The model of the Saddle of the Fifth Wheel was built by using the three-dimensional graphics CATIA software,and SHELL63 element was used to get its gridding partition and established its finite element model in ANSYS.The natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the first six steps of the Saddle of the Fifth Wheel was got by finite element analysis and brought forward corresponding improved schemes,which provided the theoretic support for improving design and dynamic analysis.
