摘要
取特殊形状连接中的有剪切"十"字型冲压连接方式为研究对象,设计出反向侧剪拉深凸模和十字槽精压凹模,并嵌入锻镦凸模。前者可在拉深的同时进行落料或剪切,有效实现工艺连续性;后者用于冲压过程中落料、拉深和镦宽三道工序,有效避免了接头的断裂和起皱,表面质量较好。同时选择蝶形弹簧作为弹性装置,使模具动作更可靠。因此,该模具不仅可以完成有剪切"十"字型这种特殊形状的冲压连接功能,而且可以实现生产自动化。
The shearing,punching bonding with"十"type was taken from the specific shape as the study object,the reverse,the flant shearing,drawing punch and cross slot precision pressure die were dasigned,and forging punch was embedded upsetting.Drawing and blanking shearing was carried out simultaneously by the former,so as to achieve continuous process effectively.The latter is made for the three stamping process of blanking,drawing and upsetting width,so as to avoid effectively fracture and wrinkling of the joints,and gain the better surface quality.At the same time butterfly spring was choosen as the flexibility device so that the die can work in a more reliable movements.Therefore,the function of shearing, punching bonding with"十"type of was not only carried out and automation was but also achieved.
