摘要
轨道交通环线往往与城市其他轨道交通线共同形成"环线加放射线"的结构,环线对城市空间结构与土地利用的影响发挥特有的作用。以广州轨道交通11号环线为例,研究在其导向下,城市空间结构、主要功能分区以及站点周边土地利用等三个层面的空间特征,认为轨道交通环线引导开发的作用主要包括以下几个方面:在构建城市中心体系的过程中具有重要的支撑作用;在实现区段空间资源整合过程中具有"催化剂"作用;在站点周边的土地利用中具有引导作用。
The urban metro ring-line always forms the "ring plus diagonal line" structure with other urban metro lines. Among all of these, the ring-line metro plays a significant role in forming urban structure and land use. The paper takes Guangzhou No.11 ring-line metro as an example and studies its impacts on three-level spatial structure: urban structure, major functional districts and the station area land use. The paper also points out the impact of ring-line on development including its influence on forming the urban core, it as catalyst on integrating the resources and leading the station area to form the Comprehensive Development Area (CDA).
