摘要
以C8~18富马酸高级醇酯(FA)和醋酸乙烯酯(VA)为原料、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,共聚合成了FA-VA共聚物(PFA),并将其作为柴油降凝剂。在温度80℃、w(BPO)=1%(基于原料)、n(VA)∶n(富马酸十二醇酯)=3∶1的优化条件下,合成了富马酸十二醇酯-VA共聚物(PFA-12)降凝剂。通过对加入PFA降凝剂的大庆原油产-20#柴油的凝点和冷滤点,考察了PFA的降凝效果。实验结果表明,当PFA-12降凝剂在-20#柴油中的质量分数为0.1%时,PFA-12降凝剂可将柴油的凝点降低18.0℃、冷滤点降低7.0℃;将PFA-12、富马酸十四醇酯-VA共聚物、富马酸十六醇酯-VA共聚物、富马酸十八醇酯-VA共聚物4种降凝剂按质量比16∶2∶2∶2进行复配得到的复合降凝剂,可将柴油的凝点降低22.0℃、冷滤点降低8.0℃。
Di-n-alkyl fumarate-vinyl acetate copolymer(PFA) was prepared through copolymerization of di-n-alkyl fumarate and vinyl acetate with benzoyl peroxide as initiator.The PFA was used as pour point depressant to improve low-temperature fluidity of the-20~(#) diesel from Daqing Petrochemical Company.The result indicated that solidifying point(SP) and cold filter plugging point(CFPP) of the-20~(#) diesel were affected largely by PFA.When mass fraction of lauryl fumarate-vinyl acetate copolymer(PFA-12)in the diesel was 0.1%,which was obtained through copolymerization under the conditions of 80 ℃,w(benzoyl peroxide)1%(based on the raw materials) and n(vinyl acetate)∶(n(di-n-)lauryl fumarate)3∶1,the SP and the CFPP reduced by 18.0 ℃ and 7.0 ℃,respectively.When mass fraction of the composite pour point depressant(m(PFA-12)∶m(di-n-tetradecyl fumarate-vinyl acetate copolymer)∶m(cetyl fumarate-vinyl acetate copolymer)∶(m(octadecyl) fumarate-vinyl acetate copolymer)16∶2∶2∶2) in the diesel was 0.1%,the SP and the CFPP reduced by 22.0 ℃ and 8.0 ℃,respectivley.
