摘要
在数控机床上加工恒螺距螺纹有G32,G92,G76指令,加工变螺距螺纹有G34指令。但是G34指令的使用要求有高档的数控系统,研究在经济型数控车床上加工变螺距螺纹,介绍一些宏程序的编制方法,实现对数控系统的二次开发。
There are orders of G32,G92,and G76 for the processing of constant pitch threads on numerical control lathe,and order of G34 for the processing of varying pitch threads.But the use of G34 order calls for the high-gear numerical control system.The article studies processing varying pitch thread on economical numerical control lathe,introduces some methods for the compilation of Macro-programs,and realizes the secondary development of numerical control system.
