摘要
建立了液力耦合器工作腔部分充液的转子模型,分析了液力偶合器的自同期现象;利用ANSYS软件对YOTsj560水介质调速型液力偶合器进行了计算机仿真分析,得到了其固有频率,考虑自同期现象,确定了其工作频率应高于73 Hz.
The rotor model of some fluid-filled working chamber of the hydraulic coupling is built and the self-synchronization phenomenon of hydraulic coupling is analyzed.Computer simulation analysis for YOTsj560 hydraulic coupling is presented by ANSYS and its natural frequency is obtained.The self-synchronization phenomenon is taken into consideration and its frequency should be greater than 73Hz.
