翻新载重轮胎温度测量系统设计与应用

摘要 载重子午线翻新轮胎因其生热率高、胎体厚、胎面层属于二次粘附,散热不易,在高速滚动过程中会发生脱落、爆裂现象。同时,轮胎的生热和温升不仅会缩短轮胎寿命,而且增加汽车油耗。因此,了解翻新轮胎的生热、散热特性,把握翻新轮胎的温度分布状态是很有必要的。通过实验测量,得出轮胎温度场的精确分布,有助于掌握轮胎生热和温升规律,延长翻新载重轮胎的使用寿命。 Exfoliation and bursting occur frequently in retreaded radial truck tire when it in the process of high speed rolling, this is because heat emission is very hard in this kind of tire for its high heat production,thick matrix and second adherence of tread. At the same time, temperature rise of tire will shorten the life of tire and increase the fuel consumption of vehicles. So, it is necessary to understand heat generation characteristics of retreaded tire and master its temperature distribution. The exact temperature distribution of tire temperature field is concluded in term of experimental measurement, which helps to master the principle of tire heat generation and prolongs the use life of retreaded truck tire.
