摘要
随着计算机和CAD技术的迅速发展,以测量技术为基础、曲面重构技术为支撑的逆向工程在汽车工业的产品开发中得到了广泛的应用.逆向工程又称反求工程,主要包含2项内容:一是实物模型的数据采集;二是数字模型的建立….数据采集是逆向工程的首要环节,是反求建模的理论依据.采集数据的精度和速度直接影响产品的质量和开发效率等.准确、快速、完备地获得产品的三维几何数据,是逆向工程的一项关键技术.数据采集技术随着逆向工程的广泛应用不断发展,从最初的接触式测量,发展到光学、磁学等非接触式测量,直到新近开发的组合测量等.如今用于数据采集的测量机种类繁多、测量精度、测量速度各不相同.因此,对于不同类型的实体及数据采集的不同阶段选用测量机都应做到有的放矢,合理利用资源,以利用最低成本实现最优目标点采集.主要研究的是运用三坐标机采集数据并进行数据处理的过程。
With the computer and the rapid development of CAD technology to measure technology,surface reconstruction in reverse engineering to support product development in the automotive industry has been widely applied.Reverse engineering,also known as reverse engineering,consists mainly of two parts: one physical model of data collection;second digital model of....Data acquisition is the first part of reverse engineering is the inverse modeling theory.Acquisition of data directly affects the accuracy and speed of product quality and development efficiency.Accurate,rapid and complete access to products of three-dimensional geometric data is a key technology for reverse engineering.Data acquisition technology with the extensive application of reverse engineering the continuous development,from initial contact measurement,the development of the optical,magnetic,and other non-contact measurement,until the recent development of a combination of measurements.Today,the measuring machine used for data collection a wide range of measurement at different speeds.Therefore,different types of entities and data acquisition at different stages of the measuring machine should be targeted,rational use of resources,to take advantage of the lowest cost to achieve the optimal target point acquisition.Main research is the use of CMM data collection and data processing process.
