摘要
改革开放30年来,我国民营企业得到了迅猛发展,所创造的GDP占全国总量的比例也逐年提高。但民营企业的竞争力依然离不开人力资本的投入与配置,离不开人力资源的开发与利用。面对改制后的国企和人事制度完善的外企,民营企业人力资源管理问题已成为其发展的瓶颈。漳州家具行业中95%以上是民营企业,经过20余年的发展,形成了一定的产业集群。但调查发现,漳州家具企业人力资源管理问题凸显。针对这一现状,通过分析原委提出了相应的对策。
The 30 years of reform and opening up have seen the rapid development of China's private enteraprises,which made the proportion of GDP increasing every year. The competitiveness of private enterprises is either inseparable from the human capital input and configuration or the human resources development and utilization. Facing the state-owned enterprises after the reform and a sound personnel system of the foreign enterprises,the private enterprise human resource management issues have become the bottleneck of its development.More than 95% of Zhangzhou furniture industry are private enterprises in over twenty years of development,which form a certain industrial cluster. The author found that a number of human resource management issues are highlighted in Zhangzhou furniture interprises. By analyzing the causes,some countermeasures are presented to improve the present conditions.
