白藜芦醇联合苯唑西林对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察白藜芦醇单独或联合苯唑西林对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant staphylococcusaureus,MRSA)的体外抗菌活性,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法测定不同浓度的白藜芦醇联合苯唑西林对MRSA临床株及WHO-2标准株的最低抑菌浓度,并计算部分抑菌浓度指数(fractional inhibitory concentration index,FIC),并绘制24h内,以次最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)的苯唑西林联合次MIC浓度的白藜芦醇作用后,两株细菌生长的动态生长曲线。结果白藜芦醇联合苯唑西林后对MRSA临床分离株,FIC<0.5,显示出抗菌增敏作用;对于MRSA WHO-2标准株,0.5<FIC≤1,显示为相加的抗菌作用。结论白藜芦醇与苯唑西林联合用药,表现为对MRSA协同或相加的抗菌作用。 Objective To study the antibacterial activity of resveratrol and oxacillin, separately in combination to methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) in order to provide experimental basis for clincial use. Methods Broth dilution method was used to evaluate the MIC of resveratrol combined with oxacillin in different concentrations to clinical strain and WHO - 2 standard strain, and to calculate the fraction inhibitory index. The evaluation standards are as follows : FIC ≤ 0.5 shows synergy, 0.5 〈 FIC ≤ 1 implies an additive action, 1 〈 FIC ≤2 means an independent action,and FIC 〉 2 suggests an antagonistic effect . We drew a dynamic growth curve of two strains exposed to resveratrol combined with oxacillin both in a concentraton of lower MIC in 24 h. Results For the chinical strains of MRSA exposed to resveratrol combined with oxacillin,the FIC was less than 0.5 ,which showed a synergy;while for WHO - 2 standard strains of MRSA, the FIC was less than 1 but more than 0.5, which indicated an additive action. Conclusions Resveratrol combined with oxacillin, shows a synergy or an additive action,displaying a good antibacterial effect .
