摘要
目的探讨血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖动态检测在深部真菌感染的诊断和药物疗效评价中的价值。方法应用MB-80微生物动态快速检测系统及GKT-5M Set动态真菌检测试剂盒定量检测血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖的含量。并与真菌培养法相比较。结果当54例患者血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖水平均大于或等于50pg/ml时,即G试验均为阳性时,真菌培养法25例阳性,阳性率为46.3%;54例中30例血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖水平逐渐下降,14例逐渐升高。结论血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖检测在诊断深部真菌感染方面明显优于真菌培养法,是有效评价抗真菌药物疗效的指标。
Objective To study the contribution of dynamic detection for the plasma ( 1 →3 ) - beta - D - glucan to diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of invasive fungal infection. Methods The concentration of plasma ( 1→3 ) - beta - D - gluean was detected by Microbiology Kinetic Rapid Detection System MB -80 and Kinetic Mycetes Detection Kit GKT -5M Set. Results All patients whose concentration of ( 1→3 ) - beta - D - gluean was ≥50 pg/ml of ( 1→3 ) - beta - D - glucan gave a positive test and 25 patients with fungal euhure proved positive in 54 patients at high risk for invasive fungal infection,with a positive rate of 46.3%. Of 54 patients, the concentrations of plasma ( 1→3 ) - beta - D - glucan decreased gradually in 30 patients, increased gradually in 14 patients. Conclusions The clinical value of plasma ( 1 →3 ) - beta - D - glucan detection is superior to fungal culture in the diagnosis of inva- sire fungal infection. Dynamic detection for plasma ( 1→3 ) - beta - D - glucan is useful for the evaluation of therapeutic effect of antimicrobial drugs.
