摘要
目的评价乡镇卫生院、社区卫生服务中心临床实验室常规生化项目的检测能力。方法由宝鸡市临床检验中心向各参评单位统一发放质控样本,每年2次,每次发放5个不同批号质控样本,在规定的时间内对15个项目进行测定。将测定结果通过宝鸡市临床检验质控中心室间质量评价网络上报系统进行回报。所有数据由该系统收集、处理和分析。结果常规生化项目5次室间质量评价总成绩合格率依次为20.9%、23.00%、43.0%、68.13%、77.5%,合格率逐次提高(P<0.05)。结论参加常规生化室间质量评价,可以帮助实验室分析实验室中存在的问题,采取相应的措施提高检测结果的质量,减小实验误差,保证检验结果的准确性。
Objective To assess the capability of calibration and determine for routine biochemical tests in clinical laboratories of township hospitals and community service centers. Methods Five different specimens were distributed by Baoji Clinical Laboratory Center each time, and twice a year. Fifteen items were detected in set time. Results were reported by each laboratory through an external quality assessment（EQA） system of Baoji Clinical Laboratory Center. Acceptable ranges referred to the quality assessment standard of clinical laboratory center of Ministry of Public Health. Results The coincidence rates of EQA for routine clinical biochemical laboratories were 20.9% ,23.00% ,43.0% ,62.13%, and 77.5% for 5 times. Coincidence rates increased gradually （ P 〈 0. 005 ）. Conclusion It was useful to evaluate the measurement competence, find out the problems and resolve them in time through participated in the EQA of routine biochemical. Consequently, it was useful to improve the quality of measurement, reduce the error and ensure the accuracy of resuits.
