胰岛素泵使用赖脯胰岛素强化糖尿病治疗的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素泵输注赖脯胰岛素对糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。方法选择2008年10月至2009年8月在我院住院治疗的120例2型糖尿病患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用胰岛素泵输注赖脯胰岛素治疗,对照组用胰岛素泵输注重组人胰岛素注射液治疗,比较两组疗效和低血糖发生率。结果观察组显治疗总有效率为88.6%,对照组治疗总有效率为71.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组;观察组低血糖发生率为17.1%,对照组低血糖发生率为40%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵输注赖脯胰岛素治疗糖尿病疗效确切,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of insulin pump with insulin lispro to treat diabetes.Methods Seventy patients were treated in our hospital from January 2009 to September 2009 and divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received pumped insulin with insulin lispro while the control group received pumped insulin with human insulin Humulin.The therapeutic effects and hypoglycemia rates were compared.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group was 88.6%and that of the control group was 71.4%,in a statistically significant manner(P〈0.05).The hypoglycemia rate of the treatment group was 17.1%,significantly higher than that of the control group(40%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump with insulin lispro has good effects on the treatment of diabetes and can be widely used in clinic.
