摘要
目的:评价通心络胶囊联合缬沙坦对高血压病患者左心室肥厚和左室功能的影响。方法:100例成年II级高血压病合并左室肥厚患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例:两组均口服缬沙坦80mg,每日1次,观察组加服通心络胶囊3粒,每日2次。两组疗程均为12周。结果:用药后两组室间隔厚度(IVST)及左室后壁厚度(LYPWT)均变薄(P<0.01)舒张末径(LVEDD)收缩末径(LVESD)均减小(P<0.01)。观察组与对照组相比超声心动图指标改善差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:高血压病合并左室肥厚患者长期服用缬沙坦、通心络胶囊可改善心功能,提高生活质量。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of Tongxinluo capsules combined with valsartan on hypertrophy and function of left ventricle in treatment for hypertension.Method： 100 cases of hypertension associated with left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） were randomly divided into contrast group and observation group.Both orally took 80mg valsartan once a day for 12 weeks while the observation group orally took 3 pieces of Tongxinluo capsules twice a day in addition.Result： After treatment,both the inter-ventricular septal thickness（IVST）and the left ventricular posterior wall thickness（LVPWT）in two groups became thinner（P〈0.01）,and reduced（P〈0.01） both the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVESD） as well.Contrasted between two groups was remarkable.Ultra-cardiograph parameters in observation group obviously improved.Conclusion： Patient with hypertension associated with left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） can improve their heart function and life quality by orally taking Tongxinluo capsules combined with valsartan for long time.
