摘要
对１４００ｄｔｅｘ／３加密帘布在高层级载重斜交轮胎中的应用进行了研究。结果表明，通过调整轮胎结构和工艺条件，可使轮胎性能符合标准要求。对于高层级载重斜交轮胎，应用加密帘布比采用帘布加层的方法效果好，且可减小轮胎质量，节约成本。
The application of greater count cord 1400dtex/3 to the multiply bias truck tire was investigated.The results showed that the tire quality and performance met the requirements in the national standard by adjusting the tire structure and processing technology.The use of greater count cord was more effective than that of more cord plies to the tire weight and cost in multiply bias truck tire production.
