摘要
针对水安全评价问题,介绍了水贫穷指数(WPI)。根据我国实际情况对水贫穷指数中的水安全评价指标进行深入研究,并在此基础上提出适合我国流域的水安全评价指标。以石羊河流域为例的应用证明了该指数能够清晰地反映威胁流域水安全的因素的具体特征,通过水安全分级的方法可以确定各特定区域的水安全级别,为制定水安全预警机制提供依据。
This paper introduces water poverty index(WPI) for water security assessment.An in-depth analysis is made of city water security assessment indexes in China.What's more,an evaluation index system fit for rivers in China is also established in this article.The Shiyanghe River Basin is used as an example to demonstrate that the application of the index reflects an evident threat to the water security of the specific characteristics of the factors and that the security level is classified by using water security assessment safety grade.The index provides an evidence for water security warning mechanism.
