摘要
对鼠标下座进行了结构和成型工艺分析,设计了鼠标下座的注射模。对模具的工作过程和原理进行了说明,并对浇注系统和冷却系统的设计进行了简要说明。这对于新型鼠标下座注射模设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
The structure and molding process of mouse base were analysed and the injection mould of mouse base was designed.The working process and principle were introduced.The design of gating system and cooling system of the mould was introduced briefly.It provided guidance significance and reference value for mould design of new model mouse base.
