摘要
目的探讨医学院校教师职业倦怠与生存质量的关系,为有针对性地制定提高教师生存质量的干预措施提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某医科大学教师360名,采用TBI问卷和WHOQOL-BREF量表分别对教师职业倦怠和生存质量进行测评,同时调查教师的社会人口学、工作和健康情况,采用结构方程模型探讨生存质量和职业倦怠之间的相互关系。结果调整调查问卷条目并确定内生和外生潜变量后,进行结构方程拟合,结果模型拟合优度较好。结构方程模型拟合结果显示,职业倦怠与生存质量呈直接负相关(标准解=-0.70,t=10.36,P<0.01)。结论职业倦怠直接影响生存质量,可据此制定缓解教师职业倦怠和提高生存质量的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the interrelationship between occupational burnout and quality of life among medical university faculty and to provide some suggestions to reduce or overcome teachers' burnout and to improve their quality of life.Methods Three hundred and sixty teachers were randomly selected from one medical university.Teachers Burnout Inventory and WHO-QOL-BREF were used to measure occupational burnout and quality of life,respectively.Socio-demographic,working,and health factors were also collected.The relationship between occupational burnout and quality of life was analyzed by structural equation modeling.Results After adjusting the items and determining the indogenous and exogenous latent variables,the model could fit well.The scores of occupational burnout were negatively correlated with those of quality of life(standard solution value was-0.70,t=10.36,P0.01).Conclusion Occupational burnout influences quality of life directly.Strategies to reduce teachers' burnout and to improve their quality of life can be developed based on this.
