鄂尔多斯盆地上古生界深盆气勘探研究新进展 被引量:20

DEVELOPMENTS IN THE EXPLORATION AND RESEARCH ON THE DEEPBASIN GAS IN UPPER PALEOZOIC IN EERDUOSI BASIN

摘要 鄂尔多斯盆地上古生界地层普遍含气,95%的探井钻到气层,已经压裂作业试气70%探井达不到工业标准。造成绝大多数探井低产的原因是伴随钻井和压裂所产生的水锁伤害,故120口压裂求产井70%低产实际上是水锁伤害后的产量。通过对8口老井进行重新求产试验,证明年限3年半以上的老井均能大幅度增产。同时还有2个直接成果:167井增产后该区已提交100×108m3天然气探明储量;5年前开钻的召探1井,由当时1.14×104m3低产变成今天日产7.7×104m3,相当于将气田边界向北推进50~60km,意义重大。由此预计120口老井70%能达到工业标准,该项目再用6个月可完成70口老井重新求产,预计可提交1000×108m3控制储量。上述试验结果也同样反应上古生界储层规律,若能搞分压合采,既保护下古生界气层,又能打开上古生界气层,这样280口探井的经济效益则相当可观。在对鄂尔多斯深盆气进行4年研究的基础上,提出长庆气田勘探前景———实现世界级特大气田(探明储量大于2×1012m3)的目标是可能的。 Natural gas can be generally found in the Upper Paleozoic in Eerduosi Basin.The gasbearing formations might be drilled in by 95 percent of the exploration wells,the production,however,in 70 percent of the exploration wells couldn't achieve the industrial standard although the fracturing operation had been done.The water blocking damage which was formed during drilling and fracturing was the reasons for making most of the exploration wells become the lowproducing wells (accounting for 70 percent of the 120 fractured wells).Through retesting in the 8 wells drilled in the past,it is shown that there was a big increase in the production of the wells drilled before three and a half years.After stimulation of 167 wells,proved gas reserves of 100108m3 have been achieved from such a wellblock and the production of well Shaotan1 being put into drilling five years ago has been changed from 1.14104m3/d at that time to 7.7104m3/d at present,which is corresponding to carrying the gas reservoir boundary northward to 5060 km,being of a great significance.It is predicted that 70 percent of the 120 wells drilled in the past can come up to the industrial standard and that controlled gas reserves of 1 000108m3 will be achieved through retesting in the 70 wells drilled in the past within the next six months.The change law of the Upper Paleozoic reservoirs is also reflected by above mentioned testing results.The economic benefit of the 280 exploration wells will be very considerable if the method of the dividedpressure and commingledproduction can be adopted,which may not only protect the gas reservoirs in Lower Paleozoic but also exploit the gas reservoirs in Upper Paleozoic.On the basis of studying the deep basin gas in Eerduosi Basin for four year,it is proposed that the prospects for hydrocarbon in Changqing gas field are brilliant and it will be possible to realize the goal of worldlevel giant gas field with proved reserves of more than 21012m3.
