摘要
既往研究已证实胱抑素C是评价肾功能损伤的一项敏感指标,然而近年的研究提示胱抑素C与动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭等的发生、发展和预后密切相关,这种相关性反映了胱抑素C在心血管疾病的发生和发展中有肾性和非肾性的作用,其非肾性方面可能通过参与炎症过程而发挥作用。
Serum concentration of cystatin C,a marker of glomerular filtration rate,has been associated with the development and prognosis of atherosclerosis,coronary artery disease,hypertension and heart failure.Cystatin C＇s relationship with cardiovascular disease indicates that is has a renal and non-renal function.The non-renal aspect of cystatin C may have a marked effect on inflammation in these diseases.
