摘要
介绍了防腐漆漆滴的运动规律、动力传递方式、漆膜厚度计算、漆流量控制和补口定位,利用离心涂敷技术,使厚浆型有机防腐涂料经过一次涂敷即可达到防腐设计要求,提高了施工速度,降低了工程成本.可涂敷管管径为48~1200mm;单管涂敷最大工作长度为24m;最大湿膜厚度为500μm.利用电涡流测厚技术,实现了喷枪的准确定位,补口效率大于98%.
This paper introduces the motion law of paint drop, the power transmission manner, the film thickness calculation and the paint flow control. By means of centrifugal spray coating technique, the design requirements have been met with only one spray coating, so that the operation is accelerated and the engineering cost is reduced. This technique can be applied to pipes of 48~1 200 mm. For single pipe spray coating, the maxmum length can be 24 m, the maximum wet film thickness 500 μm.
