摘要
用γ-胺丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)和卤代烷基三苯基膦溴化物反应,制得硅胶固载季鏻盐杀菌剂。此反应是伯胺的双分子亲核取代反应(SN2反应),研究表明:KH550与溴代烷基三苯基膦溴化物摩尔比为2:1,无水乙醇为溶剂,在此条件下,首先用无水乙醇溶解溴代烷基三苯基膦溴化物,再逐滴加入,产物的产率较高。生产的季鏻化硅烷偶联剂的结构组成通过红外光谱和核磁共振手段进行表征,验证了各步反应的进行并确认其结构。杀菌性测试表明杀菌剂用量为10mg·mL-1时,40min后对异养菌的杀菌率可达100%,重复杀菌4次后杀菌性能减到75%左右,再生后杀菌性能可恢复到96%以上。
The insoluble quaternary phosphonium salt bactericide supported on silica gel was prepared by reacting the bromated triphenylphosphine with γ-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane and then loading them onto the silica gel.The reaction is a SN2 reaction on primary amine.The experiments demonstrate that the excess of γ-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane is favorable for the production rate of bactericide,and the optimal molar ratio (n/n) of γ-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane to bromated triphenylphosphine is 2.It was also found that the dropwise addition mode of bromated triphenylphosphine and the use of solvent with lower polarity are beneficial to get the higher yield.The structures of the intermediate products of each reaction step were characterized by FT-IR.The experiments show that,when the prepared bactericide dosage of 10 mg·mL-1 is used,the steriling rate can reach 100% in 40 min.After repeated use for 4 times,the bactericidal ability of the prepared bactericide reduces to 75%,and after regeneration,its bactericidal ability could be recovered to above 96%.
