摘要 采用正交试验方法对中药桑叶的提取工艺进行研究,并以出膏率及芦丁含量为考察指标,优选出最佳提取工艺,结果为:加入12倍量的水,提取3次,每次提取1h,合并水提液,滤过,滤液减压浓缩成清膏,静置过夜。加入95%乙醇使醇浓度达到50%,温度为20℃,静置12h后取上清液,滤液减压回收乙醇并浓缩至适量,水浴上加热浓缩,减压干燥(60℃,0.03MPa),制成干膏,粉碎,即得。 This article was to study the extraction process of the traditional Chinese medicine mulberry leaves by orthogonal experimental method,And in percentage of the extract and the content Rutin as the indexes,select the best technology,the result was:adding 12 times the amount of water,extracted three times,each time extracting 1 hour,combined water extract,filter,the filtrate concentrated under vacuum to clear cream,standing overnight.Then added 95 % ethanol to 50 % ethanol content in the mixture,the temperature was 20 ℃,standing for 12 hours after taking the cream,the filtrate recovered ethanol decompression and concentrated to appropriate,continue to water bath concentration,vacuum drying(60 ℃,0.03 MPa),made form dried extract,crush,that was.
