子宫内膜息肉胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ和增殖细胞核抗原的表达及临床意义分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在子宫内膜息肉中的表达及其相互关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法,分别检测79例子宫内膜息肉(研究组)和60例正常子宫内膜(对照组)中IGF-Ⅰ及PCNA的表达情况。结果 (1)两组IGF-Ⅰ阳性细胞均主要位于细胞质,PCNA阳性细胞主要位于细胞核,IGF-Ⅰ和PCNA在腺上皮细胞的表达均强于间质细胞。(2)在月经周期的增生期,研究组中IGF-Ⅰ的表达明显高于对照组(t=6.06,P<0.05),PCNA的表达也明显高于对照组(t=2.24,P<0.05);进入分泌期,研究组中IGF-Ⅰ的表达明显高于对照组(t=3.16,P<0.05),而PCNA的表达与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.64,P>0.05)。(3)研究组IGF-Ⅰ阳性细胞与PCNA阳性细胞表达呈正相关(r=0.443,P<0.05)。结论 IGF-I和PCNA与子宫内膜息肉的发生相关,IGF-I和PCNA在子宫内膜息肉发生过程中起着一定的作用。IGF-I在子宫内膜息肉组织中表达增高与细胞增殖关系密切。 Objective To study the expressions of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in endometrial polyps and explore their relationship and clinical significances.Methods Seventy-nine endometrial polyps (EMP group) and 60 normal endometrium samples (control group) were used.All samples were stained with SP and the expressions of IGF-Ⅰand PCNA were detected using immunohistochemical methods.Results IGF-Ⅰ-positive cells were mainly located in cytoplasm and PCNA-positive cells were limited in cell nucleus in both groups.The expressions of IGF-Ⅰ and PCNA in glandular epithelium were higher than those in stroma.In the proliferative phase,the levels of IGF-Ⅰand PCNA in EMP group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05).In secretory phase,the expression of IGF-Ⅰwas significantly higher in EMP group than in control group,while such difference was not noted for PCNA (P0.05).The expression of IGF-Ⅰwas positively correlated with that of PCNA (r=0.443,P0.05).Conclusion IGF-I and PCNA play roles in the occurrence and development of endometrial polyps.The over-expression of IGF-I has a close relationship with the cell proliferation in endometrial polyps.
