摘要
分析了严重影响聚合物驱污水含油测量准确性的厚层、粘状中间相的成因,即:盐酸的引入抑制了聚合物驱污水中部分水解聚丙烯酰胺分子在水溶液中离解,降低了其在水溶液中的溶解性,而油溶性变得相对增强,易于包裹石油醚萃取液滴,在浮力作用下被石油醚萃取液滴携带出水相;因析出的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺分子的阻隔,妨碍了其包裹石油醚萃取液微滴与上相石油醚相的聚并,形成了中间相。建议采用对污水中油酯影响较小的物理方法降解聚合物分子,消减厚层、粘状中间相的形成,提高聚驱污水含油测量的准确性。
The causes of thick-layer,viscous mesophase were analysized.The thick-layer,viscous mesophase largely affected the measurement accuracy of oil content of produced water from polymer flooding.The causes were that the introduction of hydrochloric acid inhibited the dissociation of partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide of produced water from polymer flooding in aqueous solution,decreased the dissolubility of partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide in aqueous solution and relatively increased the oil-solubility of partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,was easy to encapsulate extractant of petroleum ether and was carried over water plane by petroleum ether extract under the buoyancy action.The separation of pricipitated partly hydrolyzed polyacrylamide molecular prevented its encapsulation from extractant of petroleum ether and obstructed its coalescence with the upper petroleum ether phase.As a result,mesophase resulted.It was suggested that physical method which had little effect on oil in produced water should be adapted to degradate polymer molecular,to decrease the development of thick-layer,viscous mesophase and to enhance the measurement accuracy of oil content of produced water from polymer flooding.
