乌江特色产业带的发展只有树立科学发展的思路,加快产业结构调整升级,增强科技创新能力,加快基础实施建设,加大人力资源开发,大力发展营养健康产业,才能改变乌江中下游地区发展滞后面貌,实现经济社会发展的历史性跨越。
This article provides basic information about Wujiang characteristic industrial belt, and analyzes advantages and existing problems of developing characteristic industry. The change of the backward situation in the middle-lower Wujiang area lies in the establishment of scientific concepts of development, the adjustment of industrial structure, the improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability, the Construction of infrastructure, and development of economy and human resources.
