摘要
本文主要根据1Cr18Ni9Ti波纹管膨胀节在催化车间烟道上的使用情况,分析其失效的机理,并改用B-315钢波纹管膨胀节代替的使用情况及其经济效益。
Based on the practical application of expand joint made by 1Cr18Ni9Ti in the smoke passage in the catalysis workshop, the failure mechanism of the expansion joint was analyzed. The experience of using B-315 steel to replace 1Cr18Ni9Ti and the economical effects were, then, introduced.
