摘要
通过大量试验研究了镀液主要成分及操作条件对复合镀层中磷、聚四氟乙烯含量的影响,优选出一种最佳复合镀工艺,该工艺具有成本低,镀速快及寿命长等优点。
The effect of bath components and operating conditions on phosphorus and polytetrafluoroethylene content of nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene composite electrodeposits was studied. Nickel-phosphorus-polytetrafluoroethylene composite electroplating process was optimized which has strengths such as low cost, fast plating rate and long operating life.
